Mortgage loan for foreign citizens
Here is the list of papers you need:
1. First you will be asked to fill in the Questionaire form for foreign individuals willing to apply for mortgage loan from MKB Unionbank.
2. The Mortgage loan application form is available here.
General documentation:
1. Mortgage loan application form and tax payment receipt. (Application tax 350.00 EUR, not refundable in case the loan is decliend)
2. Copy if ID documents (for identification only, accompained by the originals (only for check up at the bank)
3. Income declaration - Bank's form
4. Letter of attorney for action at law sealed and signed by notary at presence of bank's representative.
5. Legalized document - certificate of marriage, issued by the country of residence.
6. In case of paid down payment - down payment receipt/order.
Property documentation:
1. Title of ownership of the property offered as collateral. In case the title of ownership is issued more than 10 years ago, additional papers proving the ownership are to be required.
2. Sketch of the property, issued not earlier than 6 months prior to mortgage formalities performance.
