EU Desk is responsible of providing consultancy services and necessary support to beneficiaries at each stage of the realization of a project – from the project idea to the conception of the most appropriate financing structure and all relevant complementary bank services.
MKB Unionbank has signed partnership agreements with leading consultancy companies elaborating and implementing projects under different programmes financed by EU funds.
The Bank cooperates as well with the governmental institutions involved in the process of EU funds adoption, such as the Ministry of economy, energy and tourism, the State Agricultural Fund and others.
In regard to the implementation of the approved projects we offer full banking service including:
Loan Products:
- Loan “European Idea” - designed to finance preliminary project expenses (consultancy fees, preparation of business plans)
- Loan “European Capital” – financing of investment expenses (project implementation) – up to 100% of the eligible project costs
- Loan “European Bridge” – bridge investment financing – up to the amount of the expected grant
- Loan “European Support” – financing of VAT subject to reimbursement – up to the amount of the VAT of the investment
We also offer:
- Bank guarantee for the advance payment of the subsidy
- Bank accounts opened and managed especially for the project implementation
- Complementary bank documents for the application process, if necessary
