INSTRUCTIONS FOR CITIZENS OF EU, WHICH WANT TO MAKE A DEPOSIT IN MKB UNIONBANK, WITHOUT OF VISITING OUR OFFICES

 

  1. Please, read the following documents:

 

  1. Download and fill-in in the following documents:

 

in case you want to have Internet Banking – only  REFERENCE INFORMATION is allowed:

 

 

  1. Visit licensed notary operating in the territory of EU, which have to make an apostil legalization of Form – specimen of signature , Request  for deposit opening   and Application for initial registration for internet banking use.

 

NOTE :  The documents should be legalized by notary and certificate with apostil in English language according to Hague Convention from 1961 OR legalized by Bulgarian embassy or Bulgarian consulship.

 

  1. 4.      Make a copy of your photo ID document, write “True to the original” and

put your signature below.

 

  1. 5.      Fill-in your personal data and the term of deposit you want to open in the “Deposit agreement ”. Print it two times and sign both copies.
  2. 6.      Fill-in your personal data in the Framework agreement on internet banking. Print it two times and sign both copies.
  3. 7.      Sign the Security recommendations  for Internet banking system
  4. 8.      Send by courier following documents:
  • legalized with apostil documents described in p.3;
  • copy of your identification papers with written “True to the original” and signature;
  • filled and signed “Deposit agreement” in two copies;
  • filled and signed “Framework agreement on internet banking” in two copies ;
  • Signed “Security recommendations  for Internet banking system”;

 As soon as your documents are received in our office, our Relationship Managers from Private Banking Department will send you by e-mail or by fax the IBAN of your term deposit opened in our Bank and the date until which you have to transfer money to the account.

 After receiving the message from our Relationship Managers you should order a transfer of the money to your newly opened account in MKB Unionbank from another bank account of yours in the EU.

 NOTE: It is compulsory to transfer the money from a bank from an EU member country!!!

NOTE: In case your money transfer is not from bank account of yours or account is not opened in a bank from the country member of EU or the money are received after the date indicated in the message send to you by theRelationship Manager, the money will be transferred back and your account in MKB Unionbank will be closed.

10.  If the money is received in time and the transfer is satisfying the conditions described above, you will receive stamped and signed copy of  Deposit agreement .

11.  In case you want to use Internet banking system of MKB Unionbank, the Bank will send you also a package for activation.

12.  Anytime before the end of the term of deposit you should visit our office in Bulgaria and identify yourself at authorized employee of the Bank.
