Credit „Business Success – Agriculture”
MKB Unionbank has created a credit product designed especially for agricultural producers applying every year for agricultural subsidies for direct payments per area to the State Fund “Agriculture”.
Who is this credit for?
Legal entities, sole owners and physical persons which are agricultural producers that respond to the following requirements:
- To be registered as agricultural producers during the year before the year of submission of the General Application;
- To cultivate land – own or on lease in
- To have submitted a General Application for direct payments per area for the current year and to have received a unique identification number /UIN/.
Purposes and conditions
- Working capital loan
- Currency – BGN and EUR
- Maximum amount of the credit - up to 90% of the amount of the expected subsidy;
- Utilization – on an open account – within 3 months of the date of the loan contract but not later than June 1st of the year following the year of submission of the General Application;
- Maturity - until June 30th of the year, following the year of submission of the General Application;
- Repayment - automatically with the subsidy received from State Fund “Agriculture”, but not later than June 30th of the year following the year of submission of the General Application;
- Collateral - special pledge of current and future receivable funds from expected subsidies for direct payments per area.
