BayernInvest is investment fund incorporated and managed by the Management Company BayernInvest Luxembourg S.A. BayernInvest . The fund’s structure is of the “umbrella” type, comprising individual sub-funds incorporated in conformity with part 1 of the Luxembourg law dated the 30th of March 1988 concerning the structures for collecting investments (Das Gesetz vom 30. März 1988  über gemeinsame Anlagen). As of the 26th of September 2005 the fund was restructured in view of it being in conformity with the provisions of part I of the Luxembourg law concerning the structures for collecting investments dated the 20th of December 2002. The Fund is subject of the Luxembourg law.

Units are offered by the following BayernInvest sub-funds:

 

 

The units of the fund are distributed in Bulgaria by MKB Unionbank , in its capacity of distributor, on the grounds of entered Distribution agreement with the Management Company.

BayernInvest Kapitalanlagegesellschaft mbH and BayernInvest Luxembourg S.A. are daughter companies of BayernLB and the activity of both companies is mutual.

BayernInvest Kapitalanlagegesellschaft mbH is consultant of BayernInvest Luxembourg S.A. BayernInvest Kapitalanlagegesellschaft mbH with head office in Munich is the competent centre for the assets management in the framework of BayernLB
