Here is the list of papers you need:
General documents:
1. Application form for mortgage loan (Attachment 7)
2. Copy of your ID document.
3. Certificate regarding Art.7, l.6 for duties to Nationa Revenue Agency - issued by address registration for the borrower and the joint debtor. In case the collateral is a property of a third party, such certificate should be provided by the owner(s) of the property.
Income documentation:
- for labour contract incomes - certificate by the employer accoring to bank's form (Attachment 2)
- copies of rent contracts, civil contracts, commission contracts, etc. for income proof.
4. Copy of marrital certificate of the borrowe and the joint debtors.
5. Marrital status certificate issued by address registration office of the regional municipality.
Property documentation:
1. Property muniments of the collateral. In case the muniments are dated 10 years ago or more, the bank rmay equire additional documentation.
2. Certificate of lack of property charges issued by the Register cervice to the Regional court.
3. Tax assessment of the property issued by the responsible municipality.
4. Sketch of the property, issued not earlier than 6 months prior to mortgage formalities performance.
5. Assessment f the property issued by licenced professional approved by the Bank.
