Mortgage loan Facilitation with Package Comfort+ for current needs
- Extended in BGN and EUR
- Volume of loan: up to 70 % of the amount of the real estate/s offered as collateral
- Loan tenor: up to 25 years
- Free of charge Life insurance and Property insurance
- Collateral: Mortgage over a real estate.
- Minimum volume of the loan: 3 000 BGN or 1 500 EUR
Interest rates:
For loans in EUR:
- 8.15 % with usage of full Comfort package for the first year of the loan
- After first year of the loan the interest rate is calculated by 6-month-EURIBOR + margin, but not less thank the interest rate of the first year.
For loans in BGN :
- 8.65% with usage of full Comfort packagefor the first year of the loan
- After first year of the loan the interest rate is calculated by 3-month SOFIBOR + margin, but not less thank the interest rate of the first year.
What are our requirements for you:
- To have a permanent address in Bulgaria.
- To receive regular income, sufficient to service the loan.
- The loan tenor, increased by your age, should not exceed the legally prescribed retirement age. If the loan tenor increased by your age is above 65 years, MKB Unionbank shall admit crediting on condition that you submit a valid Life Insurance in favor of the Bank for the amount and the term of the loan.
