We will cancel your card and will proceed with issuing a new one.

You may contact Visa Global Customer Service for free call at the following link.
(Note: In some countries your call may be charged when diled from mobile or hotel phone).

Please give us the data of your lost or stolen card, and we will take care to cancel it.
In order to make the process easier, please be ready to provide the following information as well:
- The type of your VISA
- The 16-digit number of your card - from your help card - it is very important to write and keep this number separately from your card. It will be in help in case you lose your VISA.
- Your name, as it is typed on the card.

- The circumstances around your card accident.
