Project Finance Division is a competence center responsible for the acquisition & structuring of cash flow based financings.
We provide loan structure which relies for its repayment primarily on the future project’s cash flow with the projects assets, rights, and interests held as collateral.
We offer competitive, risk oriented pricing reflecting individual transaction risk and financial rating of involved project parties. Being part of MKB/BayernLB Group we have access to their large experience in the field of project finance.
